The circular shape of the structure floating in the space is wrapped in white but transparent canvas, with white thread hand-sewn with drawings of 4 plants selected by eight artists gathered in the project. A video recorded on the trips that preceded this exhibition is projected onto the canvas. The footage was recorded from the vehicle; train, bus or car; in motion, and show the environment in which we used to be artists. The video was shot in such a way that the parallax of the movement is clearly visible and it is a kind of carrier of the work. Projecting the video onto a transparent canvas and the circular structure itself gives the impression that the structure is moving. The work is a kind of homage to my grandmothers, one who taught me how to sew and with whom I used to stay with her sewing accessories and another grandmother, with whom I planted different types of plants and created gardens. The work’s title alludes to the fact that, as little Prince kept his rose under a glass bell, my grandmothers always kept me safe. Moving is something that marks me and my fate.
